J-WOW’s ‘Spark’ and Tour Dates!

J-WOW’s new single ‘Spark’ will be out on his own label Enchufada this month, with a Juno Downloads exclusive starting on October 12th!

The hugely talented Canblaster was invited to choose one track to remix (Spark – A side; Fogo – B side) – instead he did both and he we have the super-awsome-two-in-one-remix.

J-Wow is one of the main producers and the driving force behind Buraka Som Sistema, a band which, if you’re on this site, needs no introduction. And while the band rests up from a massive 2009 that saw them move bodies and win fans all over the world with their live show, J-Wow has been on a massive creative streak.
His first single, Klang, is out now on Deadly Records. Klang is a beautiful, ambient and melodic departure from the Buraka sound, with dreamy pads and a delicate buzzy bass. It’s the beginning of a deeper, more personal sound, with songs built on layers of melodies. Vinyl is limited, so get in there while you can, kiddies!
