A new wave of cocktails

Whichever city I end up in I always try and find a new flavour of booze. A kink of a classic loved by locals. In New York, Drop The Lime introduced me (thankfully) to the Perfect Manhattan.

Make a track with Zombie Nation

Living in the Technological Age certainly has its ups and downs, but for the majority of us out there, the ups outweigh the downs. And how couldn’t they when you’re presented with an opportunity like this?

After an experimental post on his Facebook page, Zombie Nation proposed the idea of getting everyone out there with a desire to make killer music to collaborate on one huge track. It seems right… Why can’t everyone collaborate with one another and create the kind of music that will blow you into space?

This is a no holds barred affair. Anyone can get involved. If you think you’ve got a sound that everyone should hear, now is your opportunity. Democratic song production has probably never been done before and it’s likely that we’re going to shake up the whole process of song making in the process.

Ed Banger returns…

Ed Banger Records and Deadly People have two very important things in common. They both like to party and they both make it memorable.

This was certainly the case back in July ’09 when the two units joined forces to celebrate Ed Banger’s 6 (1/2) birthday party at The Coronet Theatre in Elephant and Castle. DJ Mehdi listed the event as his number one party of the year and no one who attended would dispute his claim. The show was a complete sell-out, all order was forgotten & rules and records were broken left, right and centre. Justice turned up and played their only UK show of the year and the Ed Banger crew raised the roof clean off.

A very wise person once said “give the people what they want”. So AC Slater has done just that and released the stand-out track from his Attack of The Hams mixtape.
